
Refund Policy
At Streamline Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services in licensing, accreditation, compliance, and business advisement for behavioral health organizations. Because our services involve professional time, expertise, and preparation, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Consulting Services

Non-Refundable Services: Payments for completed consulting sessions, document preparation, or services already delivered are non-refundable.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
2. Retainers & Project Fees

Retainer Fees: Any upfront retainer fees are non-refundable, as they reserve time and resources for your project.

Project-Based Services: For larger projects, if services are canceled before completion, a pro-rata refund may be issued for the portion of work not yet performed, minus any administrative or preparatory costs already incurred.
3. Workshops, Trainings, & Group Services

Refunds: Registrations canceled more than 7 days in advance of a scheduled workshop or training may be eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not refundable but may be applied as a credit toward future services or training at Streamline Consulting’s discretion.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Refund requests due to emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
